Mimmy & Me (mimmyandme.com) is a website for stepmoms in blended families, run by Lauren. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what your choices are.

What we collect and why

Quiz responses. If you take the Stepmom Resilience Quiz, your answers are scored in your browser. If you choose to enter your email at the end, your email address, tier result, and score are sent to our email service (MailerLite) so we can send you your results PDF and related emails. If you do not enter your email, nothing is stored.

Email subscriptions. If you subscribe to a freebie or newsletter, your email address is stored with MailerLite. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Contact forms and comments. If you contact us or leave a comment, we keep what you send so we can reply. Comments may show your name and profile picture publicly.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics (via Site Kit) and Jetpack Stats to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.

Cookies. The site uses cookies for analytics and functionality. A consent banner (Complianz) lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Declining does not affect your ability to use the site.

Purchases

Digital products are sold through Payhip. When you buy something, checkout and payment happen on Payhip and are covered by Payhip’s privacy policy. We never see or store your card details. We receive your email address so we can deliver the product and support your purchase.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your information to anyone. Data is shared only with the services that run this site: MailerLite (email), Payhip (purchases), Google (analytics), and our hosting provider. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Embedded content

Some posts may embed content from other sites (for example a Pinterest pin or Instagram post). Embedded content behaves as if you visited that site directly, including its cookies and tracking.

Your rights and choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you by emailing lauren@mimmyandme.com. We will act on the request within 30 days.

Data retention

Email subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics and Jetpack defaults. Comments and contact messages are kept as long as they are relevant.
