Hello and welcome to Mimmy and Me.
My name is Lauren, aka Mimmy, and I am so happy that you are here! I am a wife, stepmom to three, mother to one, and dog mom.
Stepmomming can be exhausting and draining. If you’re a stepmom, you know the ups and downs that come with along with the title. However, a blended life doesn’t have to be that way! Blended life can be incredibly rewarding if done right.
Do I think I have succeeded in being the best stepmom ever? Absolutely not! I am still learning how to be better and growing in my role of many hats. However, my unique and challenging experiences have given me an insight into the ups and downs of parenting in a blended family and I want to pass that knowledge on to others.
The purpose of Mimmy & Me is to create a space where you not only gain insight into how to become a better, happier, less stressed, and more organized stepmom/mother/wife but also where you can find a community of like minded individuals who all know what you’re going through. I believe that the Lord never meant for us to do life alone. So, I hope you find smiles, laughter, and community here with a little bit of wisdom sprinkled on top.
